Şti., doing business as Conspar Keep Building Marvels ("Conspar," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning how, why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") user information whenever your access occurs whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, customer”, “buyer”) to the www.conspar.net website as well as any other media form, media channel, other online and/or digital sales & marketing platforms mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”,“platforms,” “channels,” “media”).
We are registered in Türkiye and have our registered office at Ostim OSB Mahallesi, 100.Yıl Bulvarı, 55C/50 Yenimahalle/ANKARA/TÜRKİYE and whose registered number is 43551, the MERSIS CODE is 0613150818900001, and the TAX Number 613 150 81 89 where registered to OSTİM VERGİ DAİRESİ.
Please keep in mind that, since we are a company originating in Türkiye and having the head office in Türkiye, we are primarily subject all off to the Turkish laws, procedures, principles, and practices. Hence, in terms of data gathering and protecting, we gather, keep, process all the collected data from you in compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ( https://www.kvkk.gov.tr/Icerik/6649/Personal-Data-Protection-Law ), which is the relevant law of Türkiye in terms of personal data protection.
It doesn't change our voluntary compliance with other applicable national and international law on the protection of personal data, in relation to your personal data processed within the context of the Conspar Privacy Policy and other Conspar privacy notices, if any.

10 \ DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. Suppose we rely on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied approval depending on the applicable law. In that case, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can: Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some data in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms, and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
12 \ CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
13 \ DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal data (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
